Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of Ofértamelo — the service that lets a professional offer instant, priced estimates on their own website. By creating an account you agree to them.
What Ofértamelo is
Ofértamelo provides the tools — an embeddable widget, a pricing engine, delivery by email or WhatsApp, and a dashboard. The estimates it produces are generated from the prices and rules you configure and are made by you, in your name, to your customers. Ofértamelo is not a party to the contracts between you and your customers.
Estimates are yours
You are responsible for the rates, rules, taxes and wording you configure, and for honouring or revising the estimates your widget produces. Estimate ranges are labelled as subject to a site visit; whether and how you stand by them is your business decision.
Your account
Keep your login credentials safe; actions taken from your account are yours. You must have the right to use the business name, logo and phone number you configure. One account serves one business.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe, at the prices shown on the pricing page, ex-VAT. A verified lead — a visitor who completed an estimate and confirmed their contact details — is the metered unit; leads over your plan's allowance are billed at the per-lead rate shown. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing portal; changes apply from the next cycle.
Your data and your customers' data
How personal data is handled — yours and your customers' — is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data and delete your account, with everything it contains, from Settings at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't use Ofértamelo to send spam, to collect data you have no right to collect, or for anything unlawful. WhatsApp delivery follows Meta's business messaging policies; abuse can lead to suspension of delivery channels or of the account.
Availability and changes
We aim for the service to be available and accurate, but it is provided as-is, without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features; material changes to these terms will be announced to the account email before they take effect.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ofértamelo's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for the outcome of the jobs, offers or contracts between you and your customers.
