Privacy policy
Ofértamelo turns a job description and photos into an instant priced offer on behalf of the professional whose website you are visiting. This page explains what happens to the information involved.
Who is responsible for your data
If you request a quote through a professional's widget, that professional (the business named on the form) is the data controller of your request. Ofértamelo acts as their data processor: we handle your data only to prepare, deliver and follow up on the quote, under their instructions.
If you are a professional with an Ofértamelo account, Ofértamelo is the controller of your account data (name, email, business profile, billing details).
What we process
For a quote request: your name, phone number and/or email, the job description you type, the photos you attach, and the delivery channel you choose. Photos and quote PDFs are stored in a private bucket and served only through short-lived signed links.
For a professional account: profile and business details, service and pricing configuration, and usage needed for billing. Payment cards are handled by Stripe — we never see the full number.
What we use it for
To generate the quote (an AI service normalizes your description; the price itself is computed by deterministic rules), deliver it on the channel you chose, send at most two reminders about it, and let the professional follow up. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that are never verified are erased automatically after a short retention window, including photos. Verified requests remain available to the professional as a lead until they delete them or close their account; deleting a lead or an account erases the database records and the stored files together.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at any time. For a quote you sent to a professional, contact that professional first — they control the data and can delete it from their dashboard in one action. You can also write to us at support@ofertamelo.com and we will assist or forward the request.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run the service: hosting and database, file storage, email delivery, WhatsApp messaging, AI text processing and payments. Each acts under a data-processing agreement and only receives what its function requires.
